You will be scheduled for an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. We will treat you with compasion and respect.
We request that you please bring a copy of all your medical records and diagnostic testing. Failure to furnish the records may delay treatment.
Your personalized initial consultation will be a comprehensive review of your medical and surgical history.
We will review and verify all of your medical records and you will be seen by a Medical Doctor. We do not employ any nurse practicioners or physician assistants.
The doctor will discuss a treatment plan, short term and long term goals with the aim being a reduction on the need to take medication, and or taking the lowest possible dose in order to improve your quality of life.
Treatment may or may not include medications, pool therapy, physical therapy, and referral to a mental health specialist.
If an addiction is diagnosed we will provide immediate referral to a counseling service, detox programs, and or a mental health professional.
